On August 12th, the 2020 Metallurgical Science and Technology Award list by the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) and Chinese Society for Metals (CSM) was released. Among the 101 projects awarded, 1 was awarded the special grand prize, 22 received first prizes, 25 second prizes, and 53 received third prizes. 11 projects from USTB were listed, of which 5 received first prizes, 2 received second prizes, and 4 received third prizes, marking a major breakthrough in the number of the first prizes won this year.
