The wind was blowing in the gray sky while the window creaked in the rain.

Suddenly the rain poured out, and the depressed sky finally vented, seeming like to wash all the troubles out for us.

In order to ensure the safety of all the teachers and students, many protective measures had been taken. The Logistics Management Office issued flood control materials in advance and had repaired the leaks on the roof.

They had also checked facilities and equipment, stacked sandbags, cleaned up debris and fallen leaves on the roof, dug out drainage pipes, and cleaned and repaired the basement.
