On the afternoon of March 24^th, Lord Trang Ly, the head of the visiting delegation of the Association of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN and Samdech-Kittiprittbandit Scholarship (A.M.T) of Cambodia, visited our USTB. Prof. SUN Jinghong, Vice Chancellor of USTB, met with the guests and held a symposium, with the participation of Prof. ZHAO Baoyong, Director of the USTB International Student Center, the heads of relevant functional departments, and representatives of Cambodian international students of USTB.

Prof. SUN Jinghong extended a warm welcome to the delegation of A.M.T and introduced USTB’s history, development, international cooperation, and education development of overseas students. In his speech, he spoke highly of the excellent performance of Cambodian international students at USTB and hoped that the two sides could work together to build a deeper bond for friendly exchanges between China and Cambodia and lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of international talents between the two countries.

Lord Trang Ly thanked USTB for its warm reception and extended his appreciation to our university for receiving and cultivating many outstanding Cambodian international students. In his speech, Lord Trang Ly gave a detailed introduction about A.M.T, and he hoped that both sides could carry out more cooperation in the future and make joint efforts to enhance the exchanges and cooperation between Cambodia and China.

Subsequently, the two sides held a discussion to conduct detailed discussions and exchanges on the future development of education and cultural exchanges in China.
