On April 26^th, Prof. YAN Xiangbin, Vice President of USTB, led a team to visit Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) for communication and exchange on university-level financial management and campus information construction. Mr. XU Yeqin, Vice Chancellor and Secretary General of the Discipline Inspection Committee of HUST, and Ms. ZHAN Yiqing, Vice President of HUST, participated in the activity.

The symposium

At the symposium, Ms. ZHAN Yiqing expressed a warm welcome to Prof. YAN Xiangbin and his delegation. She hoped that both sides will continue to strengthen exchange and mutual visits to each other, and also introduced in detail the experience and practices of HUST in university financial management and information construction.

After the symposium, Prof. YAN Xiangbin and his delegation went to the HUST Network & Information Office, HUST Network and Computing Center, and HUST Administrative Service Center for field research, knowing in detail the construction of the center for Smart Campus operation and management, seeing the display of campus Digital Twin, listening to the introduction of the One-stop Service for teachers and students in HUST, and exchanging ideas with relevant personnel.

Relevant personnel in the HUST Office of the President, HUST Department of Finance, and HUST Network & Information Office; and relevant personnel in the USTB Office of the Party Committee, USTB Office of the President, and USTB Office of Information Technology participated in the coomunication and exchange.
