Led by Vice President HUANG Wunan, the USTB Delegation Visited the Beijing Yizhuang Biomedical Park to Expan Job Opportunities

On July 6th, Prof. HUANG Wunan, Vice President of USTB, led a team to Beijing Yizhuang Biomedical Park to visit enterprises and expand job opportunities so as to promote graduates' employment. The team had a discussion and exchange with the leaders of the Park, which promoted the in-depth cooperation between USTB and enterprises.

At the exchange meeting, Mr. JIAO Zhenjun, General Manager of Beijing Yizhuang Biomedical Park, expressed a warm welcome for the coming of the delegation of Prof. HUANG Wunan. He introduced the basic information and talent training of the Park, and other relevant personnel in charge introduced in detail the industrial services, investment development, and science and technology incubation of the Park. After that, both sides had an exchange with each other on cooperation intentions in industry-research cooperation, talent training, talent supply, and internship and practice.  

Prof. HUANG Wunan first thanked the hospitality from Beijing Yizhuang Biomedical Park. Then he said that USTB and the Park had always been in a close and friendly cooperative relationship with each other, based on which both sides can further deepen exchange and cooperation, strengthen coordination, and gain win-win results in employment promotion by visiting enterprises and expanding job opportunities, in scientific and technological innovation projects incubation, in university-enterprise joint talent cultivation, in enterprise training and so on.

Later, the delegation of Prof. HUANG Wunan visited the Yizhuang Biomedical Park Incubation Center and learned a lot about several incubation centers, including Public Instrument Test Service Center and Reagent Consumables Supply Center.

This activity is one of the series of visits by USTB to carry out the employment promotion special action in the school leaders' visit enterprises and expand job opportunities. Relevant personnel from the Department of Admissions and Career Services, the Department of Technology Transfer, and the School of Chemistry and Biological Engineering participated in the visit.
