From October 18^th to 20^th, USTB set up a joint inspection and supervision team which is composed of the Office of Discipline Inspection, the Organization Section, and the Office of Inspection. The team is to carry out special inspection and supervision on the action of rectifying USTB’s safety hazards in the autumn semester, Mr. WANG Xin, the liaison officer of the two municipal education commissions participated in the work and provided guidance.

The joint inspection team, by consulting the problems and hidden dangers found in the special action for rectifying safety hazards in the fall semester, inspected and visited the Party Committee Section, the Publicity Section, the Department of Student Affairs, the Library, Center for Campus Community Affairs, relevant teaching buildings and other relevant units and important places through on-site inspection, exchange and discussion, telephone spot check and other forms.

According to the inspection, all units attached great importance to the safety and stability of USTB earnestly implemented the main responsibility for rectification, and spared no effort to ensure the safety and stability of the campus. For the problems in the rectification work, the inspection team has been reminded on-site. If the problems need to be solved through the coordination of multiple departments, the leader in charge shall guide and promote the rectification.

This special inspection and supervision work on safety and stability is an emphasis and requirement on the importance of campus safety and stability, and promotion and deployment of the rectification work of USTB’s safety and stability issues.
