On March 10th, the award ceremony of the “Innoreagen Talents” scholarship and the career information session of Innoreagen were held in Jianlong Conference Hall. Mr. HONG Xin,  CEO of Innoreagen, Mr. QI Zhigang, the co-founder and CTO of Innoreagen, Mr. YAN Yongchen, the Senior R&D Director of Innoreagen, Prof. PANG Xiaolu, Dean of the USTB School of Mathematics and Physics, Mr. WANG Haibo, Associate Dean of the USTB Department of Student Affairs, Ms. WANG Lihong, Deputy Director of Department of Admissions and Career Services and other relevant personnel from both sides, as well as the award-winning students, participated in the event.

At the award ceremony, the host introduced the establishment and selection process of the “Innoreagen Talents” Scholarship. Mr. QI Zhigang, an alumnus of USTB, read out the list of winners of the 2022 “Innoreagen Talents” Scholarship.

MIAO Jing spoke on behalf of award-winning students

Student representative MIAO Jing from the School of Mathematics and Physics talked about her own research experience and expressed her gratitude for the support and assistance given by USTB and Innoreagen.

Mr. HONG Xin spoke at the ceremony

Mr. HONG Xin congratulated the award-winning students and introduced the development history of the company in detail. He said that Innoreagen attaches great importance to the cooperation with the USTB School of Mathematics and Physics, hoping that both sides can make achievements in talent cultivation and combination of production and learning, enhance the ability of scientific research and innovation in order to make greater contributions to the development of green energy.

On behalf of the School, Prof. PANG Xiaolu expressed his heartfelt thanks to Innoreagen. He stressed that while promoting the development of the industry, Innoreagen actively fulfills its corporate social responsibility and supports the development of public welfare undertaking.

At the career information session, Mr. YAN Yongchen made a recruitment presentation, while company and student representatives visited the University History Museum and relevant laboratories together.

Offline job interview

After the information session, Innoreagen held an offline job interview, providing students with employment demand with convenient interview opportunities and employment posts, which is also one of the most important initiatives to build a "one-stop" employment service for graduates in the School of Mathematics and Physics.

The “Innoreagen Talents“ Scholarship was funded by Innoreagen in 2022 with the aim of encouraging college students to study and work hard, motivating them to make innovative research results in new energy resources and other research fields and achieving a "win-win" result through joint efforts of universities and Innoreagen.
